| You should have the following for your DNS name servers. For help on how to do this, click here. | ||
| Primary: 172.16.248.12 | ||
| Secondary: 172.16.248.13 | ||
| eMail Settings | ||
| Although we host many different domains for email use, you should have your email accounts setup for the following: | ||
| Incoming (POP3) Mail server: "mail.broadlink.biz" | ||
| Outgoing SMTP Mail server "smtp.broadlink.biz" | ||
| Additionally we need you to have "My outgoing mail server requires SMTP authentication" checked and the default selection of using the same username and password as your incoming mail server is adequate. | ||
| You can find these settings in Outlook Express under "Tools" - "Accounts" - Mail Account (may say mail.broadlink.biz" or similar. - "Properties" - And "Servers" tab. | ||
| Login Credentials | ||
| Soon, we will require that all residential customers login via a web portal to access our Internet service. You will need to know what your username and password is. If you do not have this information, please contact our office by email (preferred) or phone. This username is usually found on your subscription form and may be something like lastname@broadlink.biz. | ||
