	All Broadlink Subscribers are required to sign this Acceptable Use Policy within 30 days of obtaining our service. This policy details what you are allowed and not allowed to do on our service.
	Broadlink Subscription Contract
	This contract is required for all residential and commercial wireless broadband subscribers. If you did not receive one of these contracts during installation, please download this form and fill it out. You can mail it in our drop it off any Broadlink Wireless office.
