| Welcome new dialup subscriber! Below is a check list to make sure you get off and running as easy as possible and as safe as possible. If at any time you need help, please don't hesitate to call or email our Technical Support Center. | ||
| Forms to complete: | ||
| 1.) Acceptable Use Policy : We require all subscribers both dialup and wireless to sign this acceptable use policy and return it to one of our offices within 30 days. Please be sure to do this as we cannot allow you to remain on our services after 30 days if this form is not on file. | ||
| 2.) Billing Agreement:: This billing agreement is also required to be signed and on file within 30 days. This agreement simply states how you wish to be charged for our service. | ||
| Computer Dialup Setup: | ||
3.) We have prepared a small
downloadable file that will setup your computer to dial one of our
local access numbers. Please download this file, save it to your
desktop and run it. Once done, you can disconnect your connection
from your original provider and re-dial our network. Download

| eMail Setup: | ||
| 4.) You should have logged into the "My Account" section by now and added your desired eMail accounts to our system. If you didn't, please click here and do so. Then return to the New Members section when done. | ||

5.) If you
ordered the Premium Dialup subscription, you also need to download
our 5X Accelerator software. This software also is a popup blocker.
Click download below, save the fiel to your desktop and then run it
once downloaded.
During setup, it will ask you for your username and password. You should have entered a Web Accelerator username and password during subscription. If you didn't, click here to login and do so. Then return back to the new members section. The username should be yourdialup@broadlink.biz. But can be different if you choose. |

| 6.) We recommend using both an Anti-Virus and a Spyware removal program. Most computers these days have Anti-Virus software pre-installed in them. However, you may have one installed but the update subscription is expired. Please ensure you have a current Anti-Virus program with current updates.
